His new show Alive & Gigging debuts February 2023 at theatres and festivals in the UK and overseas.
Roger McGough, ‘Living Proof of Himself,’ and President of the Poetry Society not only helped kickstart the musical careers of Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix, but inspired hundreds, if not thousands of young poets (Well, quite a few) on their poetic journeys.
85 years old and at that awkward age between birth and death, Roger puts on a brave face and takes to the stage with a show featuring new poems as well as old favourites. Expect an evening of wit and wordplay, joy and melancholy in equal measure.

Abi is a voracious reader with an MA in Professional Writing who edits with a firm but gentle hand. Their combined skills and experience can help a diverse range of clients find publishing contracts and build their careers.
SP has recently been joined by Claire Gill. With a background in publishing and agenting with Peters Fraser & Dunlop and Books Editor for Angels & Urchins magazine she set up Storystock in 2013 as a way to bring stories to life for children and families in all sorts of different ways.
We are open to accepting new authors and illustrators, but we are highly selective. We only take on those whose work we love and can really promote.
We also manage authors, artists and journalists for events and appearances.
